Having worked in New York City and Sydney studios prior to establishing Kyra Thomas Architects in 2016, Kyra Thomas is a high end residential specialist. As a registered architect her focus is detail, light and textured minimalism.
Kyra Thomas started her own architecture and interior design practice with a specific purpose: to create space that united minimalist ideals with functionality, precise detailing, light and texture. It’s what she calls ‘Textured Minimalism.’ The priority in all projects is for integrity and excellence in space, subtlety and texture in materials and light quality. Family functionality, sustainability, longevity and efficiency are also core philosophies of the studio. With 15 years of experience in Sydney and New York City, Kyra is highly experienced and detail oriented.
